7:00am Continental Breakfast and Organizational meeting for all Fire Company Members.
8:00am Registration Opens for Fire Apparatus at Deptford Township Public Works, 1702 Route 41, Deptford N.J. 08096. Apparatus Line up after Registration on Pennsylvania Avenue.
11:00am Registration closes for Fire Apparatus.
11:30am Judging is complete for Fire Apparatus.
11:30am Line up for Bicycle / Wagon / Stroller Parade at Bethany Baptist Church, 2702 Good Intent Road, Deptford N.J. Parking is limited, please ride or walk to the Church Parking lot for line up.
12:00 noon Parade starts.
12:00 noon Deptford Township Picnic starts at Union Fire Company, 2401 Good Intent Road Deptford N.J. Picnic food is severed till 2:30pm.
1:00pm Parade Ends (Approximately) at Pine Avenue Playground.
1:30pm Pictures with Trophy Sponsors.
2:15pm Opening Ceremonies;
Welcoming message from President Jack Bresch
Singing of Star Spangled Banner
Invocation from Reverend Olson of Bethany Baptist Church
Introduction of Guests from President Jack Bresch.
Address from Deptford Township Mayor Medany and Deptford Council.
Introduction of Deptford Township Fire Commissioners.
Introduction of other Political Guests.
2:45pm Presentation of Fire Apparatus Trophies (approximately 30 minutes).
3:00pm Deptford Township Picnic is over. Food will be available for charge from “Fat Louies” and free hot dogs, pretzels, birch beer and water will be available from the Fire Company till 10:00pm.
3:30pm Band “Screaming Matilta” takes the main stage performing till 6:00pm.
6:00pm Starlight DJ Entertainment will play between the bands sets and in between the bands.
7:00pm Band “It Is What It Is” takes the main stage performing till 10:00pm.
10:00pm. 100th Anniversary Event officially ends.
